At Dishwashers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your appliance purchase. If your new dishwasher doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the dishwasher is disconnected, drained of all water, and securely placed back in its original shipping crate with all manuals and accessories included.
Schedule a Pickup
Our specialized freight partners will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient time for the curbside collection of your return.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit at our warehouse to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
